This live online experience is designed to help you gently return to steadiness, safety, and clarity through nervous system regulation and compassionate guidance.

After trauma, illness, loss, or prolonged stress, the nervous system often stays on high alert. Even when life looks calmer, the body may still be bracing for what comes next. This can show up as anxiety, overthinking, fatigue, emotional numbness, disrupted sleep, or a constant sense of urgency.

The Nervous System Reset was created to help you come out of survival mode and back into a sense of safety, presence, and choice.

This is not about pushing through.
It’s about allowing the body to finally stand down.

This work is body-led, not willpower-driven.

Rather than trying to change thoughts directly, we work with the nervous system so thoughts naturally soften. Regulation becomes the foundation from which clarity, resilience, and trust can grow.

The 6-Week Journey

Each week builds gently on the last, prioritizing safety before expansion.

Week 1 – Safety and Stabilization
Establishing a felt sense of safety and orienting the nervous system to the present.

Week 2 – Understanding Stress and the Body
Learning how trauma, illness, and prolonged stress live in the nervous system and why nothing is “wrong” with you.

Week 3 – Interrupting Survival Patterns
Identifying and gently interrupting fight, flight, freeze, or collapse responses in daily life.

Week 4 – Thought Softening Through Regulation
Calming the body so anxious, looping, or self-critical thoughts naturally quiet.

Week 5 – Rebuilding Trust With the Body and With Life
Repairing the relationship with the body after betrayal, fear, or loss of control.

Week 6 – Integration and Sustainable Self-Regulation
Creating a realistic, compassionate rhythm of regulation you can return to again and again.


Format and Schedule

  • Live online group experience (Zoom)

  • 6 weekly sessions

  • 90 minutes per session

Time: 7:00–8:30 PM Eastern

Each session includes:

  • Gentle teaching

This is not group therapy.

About Your Guide

Victoria Lorient-Faibish, MEd, RP, CCC, RPP, is a Registered Psychotherapist, Reiki Master, author, and holistic practitioner with decades of experience supporting individuals through trauma, anxiety, grief, and major life transitions.

This work is personal for Victoria, shaped not only by professional training, but by lived experience. Following a serious medical crisis that included a surgery gone wrong, ten days in a coma, and nearly two months in hospital, she faced the loss of basic physical functions, including her ability to walk. In the aftermath of profound trauma and life-threatening stress, Victoria relied deeply on nervous system regulation, visualization, mantra work, and surrender to support her recovery. Against expectations, she regained strength and mobility in remarkably short time, not through force, but through steady regulation and inner alignment.

Victoria’s work integrates evidence-informed psychotherapy, nervous system regulation, somatic and mind–body practices, visualization, and subtle energy awareness. She is widely known for her ability to translate complex emotional and nervous system processes into practical, accessible tools that help people move out of survival mode and back into steadiness, clarity, and self-trust.
